Comedy

Much of my time in the few years or so has been centred around the wonderful world of stand up comedy. Since volunteering to co-run a comedy show called The GAG Club with my good friend Josh Hart at the start of 1997, I've promoted comedy at many venues, acted as an agent for some seriously good acts, booked acts for other venues, performed many times as an act and compere and written numerous newspaper articles relating to comedy.

I finally wound up the dear old GAG in June 2003 Club having got involved the previous year with setting up a new club in Liverpool called The Laughterhouse. It's a wonderful venue, brilliantly run by owner manager Adam Franklin, and I'm pleased to say that the club has a fast growing reputation as a top notch gig.

At the time of writing, from our inial start, we have expanded to two weekly clubs in Liverpool, as well as a monthly tour of Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Omahn, and monthly gigs in Birkenhead, Preston, Widnes and Greenwich.
